Contessas 1st Litter

These puppies are four weeks old, very playful and hungry! Tessa is a good mom and hops in and out of the pen at feeding time. They are eating solid food and growing like weeds! Stay tuned for more pictures. The air is getting cold and soon it will be followed by a colorful change in the leaves. Seasonal harvest events are happening at Oregon Heritage Farms, South Store and Smiths Berry Barn. Come see us soon! We may have a lifetime friend waiting for you!

She is a little larger than mini standard. Both her parents were minis. Dex her sire is a small standard. All are wonderful Aussies.
Her litter numbered eight in all. Three are small; a Red merle female, Black tri male and a Black tri female. Five are larger; two Blue merle males, two Black tri males and a Black tri female. Hope this clearifies things right out the door! Pictures coming soon since they are so darn CUTE!

Life can be a blur!

It a hasty effort to get more puppy pictures I took a chance. My daughter had taken our regular camera. Being very pleased with my fathers day gift (a slide phone with a camera) I decided that what ever limitations the camera had could be overcome by taking LOTS of pictures. Alas, at this time in the evening a lot of blurring. I decided to share with you the best of them. At least they covey just how active these aussie pups are. Often people will visit us in the afternoon. What they witness at those times are sleepy puppies. They can more energetic on cool evenings. Hope these shots clear that up for you!

So I think you will very much enjoy the pictures today and the ones to come. If you are in the market for an aussie pup come to see us out here in the Scholls area. I dont think you will reget it!
